The American Financial Realty Center, located on Route 611, was built in 1930 as part of the Strawbridge and Clothier department store chain. The complex sits at the intersection of three main roads, and is currently home to various specialty shops, offices and an upscale chain restaurant. It also includes the headquarters of American Financial Realty, a real estate investment trust specializing in properties leased to banks and other financial institutions.
