Premier Specialty Contractors, Inc. installed the foundation
waterproofing with a bentonite geotextile waterproofing system for Excel Energy's Coal Handling Expansion Project at Arapahoe Power Plant, Denver, Colorado. The foundation excavation dewatering was achieved by sheet piles and soil freezing to control the active water table throughout the 36' deep excavation.
