Children's Medical Center Parking Garage is a 9 level, 714,598 square foot parking structure located in Dallas, Texas. The George D. Alan Company installed traffic coatings, expansion joint assemblies, concrete sealing, and joint sealants on this project. Approximately 4,000 square feet of Lymtal Iso Flex 760/760 Low Odor coatings were installed at the site. A total of 560 linear feet of Lymtal Iso Flex J40 expansion joint assemblies and over 88,000 square feet of Iso Flex 618 40% VOC sealer were also installed at the site. Joint caulking was completed with Sonneborn NP-2 and SL-2. The project was designed by Carl Walker, Inc. and constructed by McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.
