Project Category: Historic Restoration

This project consisted of complete removal of the terra cotta cladding at the capitol dome, waterproofing the concrete substrate, and reinstalling the terra cotta cladding, including approximately 1200 new terra cotta units. In addition, the Indiana limestone below the dome was cleaned and repointed. Contract amount for this project was $1,962,368.56.
