Complete reconstruction of two severely distressed projecting terra-cotta balconies consisting of field engineering, disassembly, repair of existing units (i.e. cracks, spalls & glazing), replacement of deteriorated soffit units, structural steel repairs, reassembly, concrete slab replacement/waterproofing, incidental brick repairs and final masonry cleaning. Access accomplished via use of fixed scaffolding.
