This project involved major renovations completed by the general contractor. Mid-Continental Restoration Company, Inc. was contracted to perform the interior and exterior masonry cleaning, repointing, stone and terra cotta patching and replacement. Challenges included working around the other trades, measures required for a historical structure, access, and size of the building. Contract amount for this project was $1,343,971.00.
